Kim Sancoucy of New England Home with our own Nancy Sorensen and Steve Kontoff.
Last week, we took time out from our number one priority— shutters, shades and blinds —to attend The Fourth Annual New England Home Hall of Fame Awards. We were proud to be Silver Sponsors of this fabulous event. From Winston Flowers’
knockout arrangements to the spectacular State Room views of the city, this was one extraordinary night. But of course, what impressed us most was so many members of the design community all in one room. Boston is brimming with an abundance of talented architects, designers and suppliers. And we feel lucky to be working with so many of them.
While we mixed and mingled with lots of our good friends, like our table mates, Eileen Patterson of The Patterson Group, Kristin Paton of Kristin Paton Interiors, Jon Paul Couture of Courture Design Associates,Inc., Jean Verbridge of Siemasko and Verbridge, Michael Barnum of Barnum + Company and Stephanie Zelman of Uturn Design, we’d like to offer heartfelt congratulations to all of the well deserving inductees: Thomas P. Catalano, AIA, Catalano Architects, Inc., David J. Hacin, FAIA, Hacin+ Associates, Inc., Manuel de Santaren, Manuel de Santaren, Inc. Eugene D. Lawrence, Eugene Lawrence and Company, Inc. and Katherine Alexander Field, Katherine Field and Associates , Keith LeBlanc, Keith LeBlanc Landscape Architecture, Inc. and Roger Lussier, Roger E. Lussier, Inc. From watching their work on the big screen and hearing them speak so eloquently about their careers, it’s clear that they, like us, share a deep passion for what they do.
So, big thanks to New England Home for a truly great evening. We can hardly wait until next year!
Congratulations to the 2010 inductees from everyone at Back Bay Shutter Co., Inc.
