While we are passionate to a fault about our shutters, shades and blinds, EVEN Back Bay Shutter Company, the persnickety, workaholic, overzealous bunch of us, do take off Christmas and New Year’s (only because our families make us).
Kidding aside, we’d like to take this time to give a shout out to all the truly fantastic people we work with all year long. We didn’t get to be known as The Boston Shutter Company by ourselves. Enormous gratitude, an eggnog toast (spiked, of course) and a very happy holiday goes out to all of our vendors and suppliers without whom we couldn’t do what we do so well. A stylish muchos gracias to our talented designers and architects who choose us again and again. A spirited round of jingle bell rock and a super-size thank you to our design-loving customers for giving us your business.
And we offer a sincere and special thank you to the concierges and door men who go way out of their way (and job description) to help us when we’re delivering our products. They don’t just stand by and open the door. They help us find parking, when there’s none to be had. They roll up their sleeves and help us get heavy deliveries to elevators. They make special arrangements to open the doors of clients who won’t be home. For you, and you know who you are, we’re sending Santa over with a little thank you for all you do for us. So reserve some parking for the sleigh, he’s on his way.
